Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to track the status of your delivery

Please note that certain destinations may have restrictions or limitations on the importation of specific items, including religious symbols or accessories. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure compliance with local customs regulations.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your faith pin product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the faith pin must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Personalized or customized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at email with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and process your request in a timely manner.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, and exchanges will be processed promptly based on product availability

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item(s) received are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
